Can I cancel my booking?
You may cancel a daily/hourly booking from the app at any time up until the minute before the start time of the booking. When a booking is cancelled you will be refunded the cost of the booking with the exception of the transaction fee. It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days to show up on your bank account due to the bank and the payment provider’s processing times.
You cannot cancel a booking after it has started. Cancelling a booking after the booking has started will not result in a full refund, or a refund for unused time.
