What is the refund policy for daily/hourly bookings?

You will be refunded the cost of the booking with the exception of the transaction fee if you cancel the booking before the start time of the booking. 

A refund may also be issued in other extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the GrydPark Support Team. If you are requesting a refund after the start of your booking please contact our GrydPark Support Team at 1-866-343-4793 or at support@gryd.com.

It can take anywhere from 5-10 business days for a refund to show up on your bank account due to the bank and the payment provider’s processing times. If you don't see the refund appear in your bank account please reach out to us and we can take a look at it right away.
