Do I get a receipt?
Yes, upon receiving payment for your booking you will receive a receipt via email. You can also find you receipt by selecting the "Account" tab in the app, then "Receipts" and then selecting the appropriate bookings. Take a screen shot of this page to use as a copy of your receipt.
In your email, you will receive an email with the subject line "Your Booking is Confirmed", please check your spam folder if you cannot find the booking in your inbox.
Should your email confirmation not appear in your email, you and need a printable copy of your receipt, you can reach out to our customer service team at 1-866-343-4793 or at support@gryd.com, and we can make you a copy!
