Is my booking guaranteed?
Yes, if you have completed the booking process that spot is reserved for you for the time specified in your booking.
In the rare event that a spot booked in advance becomes unavailable due to circumstances out of our control we will do our best to find you an alternative spot or refund you your booking in full.
In the event that when you arrive another vehicle is parked in your assigned space or you are unable to access your reserved spot please take a photo of your assigned space and contact GrydPark support.
