I pulled into a parking spot but it says the lot is full, what does this mean?

If you have pulled into a GrydPark Stall and you are trying to book the spot through our GrydPark App and the parking lot is coming back as full, it can mean:

1. The spot is unavailable during the time frame you are booking for.
2. If the spot is empty, but the lot is saying full, it can mean that there is a future booking reserving the spot or there is an active booking in the stall.

If you are looking to book for a specific time, parkers can pre-book their parking spot up to three weeks in advance!
