The app isn't accepting my payment, what do I do?

When you are creating a booking and the app isn't accepting your payment method in the checkout section of the booking process, we recommend entering the payment method in to the "Accounts" section of your app prior to making a booking.

This way your booking will automatically attach your credit card or visa debit card to the booking you are making.

Sometimes a booking will not go through if the card on file is either expired or if the card gets declined.
