A GrydPark spot is empty but I can't make a booking?
You may not be able to make a booking at a particular spot for a few reasons:
1. Another parker may have the spot booked during a time that interferes with your requested times.
2. The lot is unavailable during those hours - some properties are not listed on the GrydPark app 24/7. If you have a question about a lot's schedule send us an email at support@gryd.com.
3. The lot may have been blocked by the lot owner.
