Where is my receipt?

Receipts are sent to your email when a payment is made. If you can not find it in your inbox, try checking your spam or search for "Your Booking is Confirmed". 

You can also find you receipt by selecting the "Account" tab in the app, then "Receipts" and then selecting the appropriate booking. Take a screen shot of this page to use as a copy of your receipt. 

In the event that you don't receive a receipt, please feel free to contact our customer service team at 1-866-343-4793 or at support@gryd.com, our team will be more than happy to help create a receipt and send you one for your booking!
